Sigua Wins Race To Bust Lieu

Just before the dinner break, we heard the cry of all in and call from the feature table. We walked over to the table and saw that Paul Lieu was all in with {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}, and was called by Rellie Sigua, who held {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}. The board ran out {5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}, and Sigua won the pot, eliminating Lieu.

These two players fortunes have turned since the money bubble. When we had 73 players left, Sigua moved all in for just 30,000 more after a raise to 11,000, but was not called. Just a few minute later, Lieu eliminated the player that got us to the money. Since that time, Sigua has risen all the way up to 550,000, with the latest addition to his stack being the elimination of Lieu.
