Brian Yeager Dominates the Field for Day 1a

Level 9 : 400/800, 100 ante

Nearly 200 hundred players turned out for the first flight of the $1,500 WSOP Circuit Main Event at the Horseshoe Southern Indiana. After nine levels of play only 109 players remain and Brian Yeager is your chipleader with 143,900. Yeager has nearly a 50,000 lead on his next closest opponenet, Stan Combs, who finished the day with 96,400.

The format for the event allows for two starting flights with the first starting at 11 a.m. and the second at 7 p.m. Players that busted from the first flight will be able to register for the second flight later in the day.

Several notables showed up to play; including Bernard Lee, Chad Batista, Kevin Saul, Mark "Pegasus" Smith, Kurt Jewell and Aaron Steury. Saul and Batista did not survive the flight but we're expecting to see them in the second flight.
