The small blind got out of the way and Craig Bergeron counted out a four-bet, raising the action to 2,400. Engel got out of the way and the player on the button quickly dropped out another raise, making it 5,250. Bergeron wasted no time pushing his entire stack forward and his opponent did so as well.
