Shane Sigsbee Eliminated in 13th Place ($5,840)

Action folded to chip leader Travis Lutes on the button and he raised to 42,000. Shane Sigsbee reraised to 132,000 from the small blind and Lutes responded by moving all in. Sigsbee snap-called for his stack of around 400,000 and turned over {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}. Lutes revealed {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}.

This was a monster pot and the winner would practically be assured a spot at the final table. The dealer put out the flop . . . {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{4-Hearts}! Lutes hit his ace and was in the lead. The turn was the {J-Hearts} and Sigsbee needed to catch a king on the river to stay alive. It was not meant to be as the {5-Diamonds} appeared and Lutes took down the pot and increased his chip lead to 1.36 million. Sigsbee, the chip leader at the start of the day, was eliminated from the tournament in 13th place.
