Friedman Busts and a Fight Almost Breaks Out

Adam Friedman
Adam Friedman

Adam Friedman had raised under the gun to what looked to be about 25,000. Charles "Woody" Moore was in the small blind and reraised 105,000 more. Friedman moved all in for 279,000 total and Moore called it off.

Moore held the dominated {A-Spades}{Q-Spades} to Friedman's {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}.

"I knew he was gonna overplay a hand," said Friedman, running around the table to tell his friend he was all in for 600,000 with ace-king versus ace-queen. Then, the flop came down {Q-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{2-Clubs}.

"Ahhh, queen in the door! Obviously! I knew it, I knew I had no chance!" yelled Friedman.

The turn brought the {2-Diamonds} and the river the {5-Diamonds} to finish things off and official eliminate Friedman.

"I knew that guy was going to overplay a hand. He put in 300k with ace-queen, I knew he'd overplay something," Friedman went on to say. He then made his way back towards his seat and was mumbling something. We don't know exactly what was said, but did here the F-bomb dropped in there somewhere. Moore heard whatever it was Friedman said and sprung from his chair as though he was 20 years old and someone had just hit his girlfriend. He charged right into the face of Friedman and stopped inches away, yelling, "What did you just say to me! What'd you say!"

Friedman denied saying anything as the floor staff was not in the area at the time, but made their way there shortly. Moore got back into his seat and then Friedman made his way to the payout desk where he got his winnings. Moore now has over 600,000 and is up there towards the top of the pack.
