Tommy Vedes, who started the day just T100 behind the chip leader, has amazingly been eliminated from the WSOPC Harrah's Tunica Main Event less than two levels into play.
As mentioned previously in our live reporting, he suffered a big hit early in the day. That was followed by what would be his last hand. It all began when Mohammed Ali Khan raised to 12,000 from the hijack and Vedes moved all in for around 52,000 more from the small blind. Khan made the call and the cards were turned up:

It was a race and Vedes just couldn't catch up as the board ran out 
. Vedes, who was no doubt one of the favorites at the start of Day 2, was left with no chips and a slew of "what ifs".
