Up and Down for Talbot
Bob Talbot raised to 15,000 from the button only to have the player in the big blind move all in for 21,700 more. Talbot called and the cards were turned up:

Talbot was in bad shape but picked up a flush draw when the flop came down . The on the turn left Talbot needing a club or queen on the river, but it was not meant to be as the hit. Talbot was left with just 8,700.
On the very next hand, a player in middle position limped, the hijack raised to 17,400, and Talbot called off for 8,400. The rest of the player got out of the way and the cards were flipped:

It was a classic race as the flop fell . Talbot was still behind, but that all changed when the spiked on the turn. The was put out on the river and Talbot got a much needed double to a little over 17,000.
