We've been conspicuously hovering around Matt Affleck and his shortening stack, waiting for something to happen. The minute our back is turned, it does happen, and Affleck was kind enough to fill us in on the details of his first double back.
He went with 
for the ~10,000 he had left, running his ace into an opponent's 
. The flop came down 
to all but end it, but Affleck ran down a lucky straight on the turn and river to stay alive and double up over 20,000. There's still work to be done, but it's a good first step.
