Nick Mitchell Doubles Through Jason Burt

Level 24 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Seth Fischer's chips did not remain in Jason Burt's stack very long.

Nick Mitchell moved all in for 170,000 from early position and Jason Burt re-raised all in from the cutoff. The rest of the table folded.

Burt: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Mitchell: {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

The flop came {K-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Spades} to give Mitchell the lead, but gave Burt a flush draw. The {K-Clubs} turn card was not what Burt hoped to see, nor was the {2-Diamonds} river card.

Mitchell upped his stack to about 378,000 while Burt slips back down to about 300,000.

Ante: 2,000

Dinner!

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

We've reached the end of the level, and it's time for some dinner. The players are off for an 80-minute break, and play will resume at 7:00 sharp.

We're still nine-handed, by the way, and fresh chip counts are coming momentarily.

Raskin and Klodnicki Battle

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Todd Terry raised to 30,000 from middle position and found calls from Chris Klodnicki in the cutoff, Chris Bell in the small blind, and Micah Raskin in the big blind.

The flop came down {10-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts} and action checked to Klodnicki. He bet 60,000, Bell folded, but Raskin quickly popped it to 120,000. Terry folded and Klodnicki called, landing the {3-Spades} on the turn.

Raskin shoved, getting Klodnicki to fold pretty quickly.

Klodnicki slipped back down under 1,000,000, while Raskin upped his stack to about 800,000.

Raskin and Fischer Banter

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Seth Fischer raised to 25,000 from middle position and Micah Raskin called from the cutoff.

The flop came down {A-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and Fischer check-called 25,000 from Raskin. The turn brought the {J-Hearts} and Fischer checked again. Raskin bet 85,000 and Fischer called after about a minute.

When the {Q-Spades} hit the river, Raskin announced all in. However, it was Fischer's turn to act and it was ruled that Raskin's bet would stand if there was no changing action. Fisher checked, so Raskin's all-in bet stood.

It was 171,000 for Fischer to call and after about two minutes, Fischer asked, "Show if I fold?"

"I'll show the camera a bluff," responded Raskin.

"Keep talking and I'll call," replied Fischer.

"Is that binding?" asked Raskin, getting a chuckle from the rest of the table.

Fischer thought for another two minutes or so before Raskin called the clock. As soon as he did, Fischer threw in his cards and surrendered the pot.

Raskin: Up to about 455,000
Fischer: Down to about 175,000

Terry is up to about 510,000 while Pandya drops to under 400,000.
