Justin Pechie Vs. Vasile Buboi

Justin Pechie raised to 11,000, Vasile Buboi reraised to 25,000, and Pechie called. The flop came {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, and both players quickly checked. The turn card was the {9-Spades}, and they checked just as quickly. The river card was the {4-Hearts}, Pechie said, "I check," and Buboi quietly said, "I'm all in." Pechie did a double take, because the hand moved so fast, but Buboi was all in for 76,000.

Pechie thought about the situation for several minutes, asking Buboi if he flopped quads or some other monster. Buboi said nothing. Pechie was agonizing his decision, but looking at his own chips and the board more than Buboi.

Eventually, Pechie folded, and Buboi mucked his cards. There weren't a lot of chips changing hands, but it was a dramatic situation.

The Dragon Scoops a Monster Pot

David "The Dragon" Pham raised 12K UTG. Nick Schulman raised to 42.5K from the small blind. The Dragon called. The flop was {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}. Schulman checked, The Dragon bet 30K, and Schulman check-raised all in. The Dragon quickly called and showed {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts}. Schulman tabled {A-Spades}{K-Spades} for a gutshot. The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and the river was {3-Spades}. Schulman was crippled on that hand and is down to a little more than 60K.
