Huge Pot For Local Player Kosmadhis

One of the largest pots of the tournament so far has just gone down over on Table 6 that has seen Cyprus' own Iraklis Kosmadhis catapulted to the top of the chip counts.

The chips went flying in on a board reading {j-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and there were two players, Auteri Vicenzo and Elias Abou Saleh all-in and at risk of elimination and still two players left to act! Kosmadahis called all-in and when Yakup Elyakim folded the cards were revealed.

Vicenzo: {K-Spades}{J-Spades} for top pair king-kicker

Abou Saleh: {A-Spades}{J-Hearts} for top pair top kicker

Kosmadahis: {A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a flush draw.

The {4-Clubs} on the turn kept Abou Saleh ahead but the {6-Diamonds} on the river improved Kosmadahis to a hand winning flush and as he covered both all-in players he won himself a monster pot.

Vicenzo left the table as quiet as a mouse but Abou Saleh slammed his identification tag down on the felt and stormed off out of the tournament area.
