Benjamin Rolle Runs Away With Super High Roller Title ($381,400)
Benjamin Rolle added the WPT Online Series $25,500 Super High Roller title to his long, ever-growing list of poker victories when he came out on top of a field of 43 superstars at partypoker.
$1 million was the guarantee partypoker slapped on this Super High Roller, but $1,075,000 was paid out to the top seven finishers, who made up the final table.

Unlike other Super High Roller events that have taken place at partypoker recently, this one was done and dusted in a single day. The first cards pitched at 6:05 p.m. BST and Rolle secured the title by 1:12 a.m. BST.
It was not a tournament to remember for Team partypoker's stable of pros. Jason Koon and Isaac Haxton both busted twice, with Mikita Badziakouski and Kristen Bicknell reaching the final two tables before bowing out.
At least nine of the orange diamond sporting stars burst the money bubble. That dubious honor fell at the feet of Linus Loeliger whose exit in eighth secured at least $56,545 for the surviving players.
Ali Imsirovic was the first of the seven finalists to crash out. He banked $56,545 in prize money. Daniel Dvoress and Christoph Vogelsang were the next duo to dust off their stacks. Dvoress was unable to reproduce the heroics of his victory in the relatively recent WPT Montreal Mike Sexton Classic and had to make do with a $65,700 score. Vogelsang padded his bankroll with $78,421.
Hungarian grinder Bujtas Laszlo got his hands on the tournament's first six-figure prize when ducked out in fourth. Laszlo reeled in a $105,919 prize, not a bad return for a few hours work.
Joao Vieira was the penultimate elimination. Vieira's Super High Roller ended abruptly in third place, a finish that was good for $152,768.
Vieira's exit left Artur Martirosian and Rolle heads-up for the title and the lion's share of the $1,075,000 prize pool. The heads-up duo decided against striking a deal despite the difference in payouts being a hefty $147,156. The lack of any negotiations meant Martirosian collected a $234,244 consolation prize when Rolle rolled him over. Rolle added $381,400 to his WPT Online Series war chest, giving him plenty of ammunition for the remainder of the festival.
