In a pre flop confrontation it was Josef Bartalos holding 
and Knut Nystedt with 
getting their chips in the middle. Manig Loeser was at one point also involved, but folded before community cards were dealt to the action behind him.
Bartalos walked away from the table as soon as the cards went on their backs, apparently not ready to see the outcome of the coin flip.
When Bartalos returned to the table, Nystedt had already gotten up. The 
board hadn't given Nystadt a pair or any other strong enough combination, and it was time to hit the rail for the Norwegian.
