Shortly after his double up, Manig Loeser was all in from under the gun and Ates Hikmet called from the cutoff, all players behind folded.
Loeser:
Hikmet:
The German found an ace, but Hikmet also improved to a set on the flop, leaving Loeser to runner-runner outs only in order to stay in the tournament. It was all over by the turn and the German already exited the table with the word “good game guys” before heading to the payout desk. The meaningless river completed the board and Loeser receives €3,265 for his efforts.
Fuat Tanindi had previously folded after raising and facing the all in of Mehmet Sinan Ogan. Now, Tanindi was sitting in the big blind and Manig Loeser was all in for 81,000 chips. Tanindi eventually made the call and both players turned over their cards:
Loeser:
Tanindi:
The German immediately spiked top pair on the flop of and only had to fair jacks, as that would complete a straight for Tanindi. Loeser held up with the turn and the river as final two community cards.
Manig Loeser raised to 24,000 and then four-bet shoved after Yevgeniy Dudos had put in a three-bet to 64,000 out of the small blind. The German moved all in from the cutoff and was snap-called by the Russian:
Dudos:
Loeser:
The start-of-the-day chip leader was looking for diamonds or high cards to make a straight, but the [ flop left him drawing dead. The turn and the river completed the board, putting in a huge dent into the stack of the German. He was down to 80,000 and won the blinds and antes the next hand after his all in move went through uncalled.
Fuat Tanindi defended his small blind against the raise of chip leader Mehmet Sinan Ogan and then check-raised all in after a flop of . Ogan called after making a continuation bet of 26,000 and turned over for top pair and the flush draw. Tanindi was drawing with the and made a straight after the turn and the river completed the board.
There were a few raise and take it hands before the action then folded to Yevgeniy Dudos on the button. He made it 24,000 to go and Ates Hikmet three-bet to 57,000 from one seat over. Dudos moved all in for 280,000 in total and Hikmet cut out the chips for a call, gave it some more thought and released his cards into the muck.
The action folded to Yuri Kaganovich in the small blind and he moved all in for what looked like just under 200,000.- Serhat Cetiner checked both his hole cards and then announced call.
Cetiner:
Kaganovich:
The board ran out and Kaganovich was sent to the rail in 9th place for a payday of €2,600.
Serhat Cetiner raised to 25,000 from early positions and found two callers in Mehmet Sinan Ogan as well as Marko Banovic in the small blind. On the flop, the action was checked to Cetiner and none of his two opponents wanted to pay the continuation bet of 51,000.
In the first hand, Marko Banovic raised from middle position and then showed after all opponents had mucked. One hand later, Banovic min-raised to 20,000 and he again claimed the blinds and antes.
Once again the two biggest stacks at the start of the table got involved in a hand, though this time from middle position. Until the turn, a pot of 120,000 developed and Loeser checked to Ogan. The German called a bet of 32,000 and quickly checked the river as well.
Ogan grabbed into his stack and eventually made it 83,000 to go, prompting Loeser to throw his cards into the muck.
