Giacomo Fundaro made it 23,000 under the gun and Sandro Pitzanti in the hijack three-bet to 60,000. Action folded back to Fundaro and he four-bet to 144,000. This didn't scare away Pitzanti in the least, he made the call.
The flop came 
and Fundaro checked. Pitzanti made a bet of 100,000 and Fundaro called. The 
hit the turn and both players checked. Fundaro bet out a mere 47,000 on the 
river. Pitzanti slid forward two 100,000 stacks and made it 200,000. Fundaro glanced at his cards one more time, and folded.
