A massive hand between two of the middling stacks just saw players all in on the flop.
Rainer Kempe raised to 200,00 preflop and Jared Mahoney called. The flop came down 
and Mahoney checked.
Then the chips started going in. Kempe bet 180,000, Mahoney raised to 700,000, Kempe three-bet to 1,350,000, and Mahoney pushed all in. Kempe quickly called.
