Saout Folds to Big River Raise

Antoine Saout opened to 90,000 from the cutoff and Matas Cimbolas called on the button. The flop was and Saout fired 100,000 which Cimbolas called.

Both players checked the turn before Saout made a bet of 165,000 on the river. Cimbolas tanked and then raised to 665,000. With all the thinking at each stage of this hand, it had already gone over the 10-minute mark. Finally Saout folded, leaving himself with just 20 big blinds.
