Nose-Bleed Bluff

Timothy Adams opened to 35,000 from the cutoff, Matt Salsberg called in the small blind, and the flop fell 
. Salsberg check-called 35,000 from Adams, and the turn brought the 
. Both players checked.
The river was the 
, and Salsberg led out for 45,000. Adams went into the tank, and suddenly somebody yelled for a napkin.
"Quickly!" Fabian Quoss yelled.
At first it looked like someone spilled a drink, but upon further investigation, Adams was suffering from a nosebleed. Jérome Douieb handed him a napkin to help slow it down, but there was already blood on Adam's face and fingers.
Finally, Adams raised to 125,000, and Salsberg immediately folded. The entire table was shocked to see that Adams was bluffing - he tabled

"That is the best move I've ever seen," Theo Jorgensen exclaimed.
The nose-bleed bluff worked.
