Mikhail Smirnov just got involved with Paul Bennazar who followed up the preflop raise by betting 3k on the 
flop when Smirnov checked. He was called, and they saw the 
turn. Check-check. The river fell the 
and Smirnov checked a third time. Bennazar, however, reached for chips and bet 12,500 of them - over the size of the pot. Smirnov sat quietly thinking for a moment or two but finally gave it up.
