Sparring Continues - No Advantage

Hand #114: Freddy Deeb opened for 18,000 and won Sorel Mizzi's big blind.

Hand #115: Mizzi made it his usual 15,000 and Deeb folded.

Hand #116: Deeb raised to his usual 18,000 and Mizzi folded.

Hand #117: 15,000 once more from Mizzi, but this time Deeb made the call which already made the hand infinitely more interesting than the last few. The flop was {3-Spades} {8-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} and Deeb checked and Mizzi bet 16,500. Deeb wasn't going anywhere though and made the call to see a {9-Spades} turn, Deeb checked but Mizzi had no such intentions.

The Canadian bet 37,500 and this time it was too much for Deeb, who mucked his hand after some thought. It feels as though Deeb does not want to be pushed around too much, but at the same time does not want to make any mistakes. Both players are taking every pot very seriously as the banter has virtually disappeared.

Hand #118: And after that brief period of action, it's back to "Raise and take it", Deeb's 18,000 button raise winning this hand.

Hand #119: Another change, Mizzi folded his button for the first time in a while.

Hand #120: 18,000 again from Deeb but this time Mizzi made the call though they both checked the {2-Diamonds} {3-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} flop. Mizzi also checked the {A-Diamonds} turn and gave up when Deeb bet 22,000.
