Samual Stalls for the Ladder

Level 21 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Darius Samual opened to 425,000 in early position and Mikhail Iakovlev three-bet to 975,000 on his left. Roman Hrabec four-bet to 5,000,000 on the button and the action was back on Samual. After using multiple time banks and keeping an eye on the clock, Samual finally called off his stack of 4,450,000. Iakovlev folded and the two hands were tabled.

Roman Hrabec: 1010

The board ran out 654K6 and Samual's pair of aces held on for the double, in turn leaving Hrabec on the short stack. The table celebrated after the hand as they noticed the clock ticked down to 117 players, thus reaching the next pay jump ($86,100).
