Wantman Catches a Pair on the River

Matthew Wantman opened to 60,000 from under the gun and Kristen Foxen defended from the big blind. The flop fell J♦3♣2♥ and Foxen check-called a bet of 50,000 from Wantman.
The J♥ paired the board on the turn and Foxen checked again. Wantman splashed in a bet of 135,000 and Foxen check-raised to 300,000. Wantman called and the 7♠ landed on the river. Both players tapped the table and Foxen revealed Q♦2♦ for two pair but Wantman rivered a bigger two pair with 8♥7♥.
"I should've raised on the flop," Foxen said in hindsight.
