Damian Salas raised to 1,600,000 from the button with 8♠7♠ and Frank Brannan picked up the K♣J♦ in the big blind. He defended his big blind.

The flop came J♥3♣8♥, and they both checked to the 6♥ on the turn. Brannan bet 1,800,000 for Salas to make the call.

The river completed the board with the 9♣ to keep Brannan on top. He opted to check and so did Salas for the former to claim the pot.
