Walton Reaches, Chuang Folds

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Adam Walton raised to 160,000 from early position and found one caller in Hao Chuang from the big blind before seeing a 536 flop.

The action checked through to the 10, on which action checked through for a second time to see the A hit the river.

Chuang checked to Walton and Walton reached for chips, but before he could assemble a bet, Chuang quickly folded and conceded the pot to Walton with the simple act of reaching into his stack being enough to take this one down.

Mustapha Kanit jammed from the hijack for right around 800,000. Action then folded to Renji Mao who made the quick call from the big blind to set up a runout and put Kanit at risk.

Mustapha Kanit: AJ
Renji Mao: 44

The 436 flop spelled disaster for Kanit who would need running wheel cards to stave off elimination but when the 6 hit the turn, Kanit was drawing dead headed to the meaningless K river.

Kanit stood to make his exit from the tournament area as Mao collected the last of his chips here one level into Day 3.
