Cemm Finds a Gem on the River

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

Ruben Perceval raised to 1,200 from early position and got calls from Thomas Cemm in late position, the player on the button and Andrew Watt in the big blind.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and Watt checked. Perceval bet 2,500 and Cemm quickly raised to 6,000. Action folded back around to Perceval and he moved all-in, putting Cemm to the test for his stack of 13,500. Cemm called.

Cemm was at risk with {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}, up against Perceval's {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}. "Nice hand. I put you on ace-king" said a disappointed Cemm as he stood up and packed his things, ready to leave.

The turn was the {a-Hearts} but the river was the {9-Clubs} and Cemm stared at the board, stunned. "Oh. Shit" said Cemm as he sat back down.
