Good Start for Maouchi

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Drisse Maouchi, who played the High Roller yesterday and won the Marrakech Poker Open 6Max in 2016, has already racked some chips to build a stack around 78,000.

Maouchi limped in the cut-off and it was limped as well by Issam Benhaddou on the button. Olivier Paris, situated in the small blind, decided to raise it to 600 and Sarah Sacrispeyre called, followed by Maouchi and Benhaddou to create a four-way pot.

The flop went {5-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{j-Clubs} and Paris continued for 1,200, called by his three opponents.

A {4-Spades} fell on the turn and Paris made a second barrel for 2,500. Sacrispeyre folded but Maouchi three-bet it to 6,200, only called by Paris.

The river was the {10-Diamonds} and after a check from Paris, Maouchi bet 4,500. Paris considered it for a minute and made the call, but only to muck his cards after Maouchi showed {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for two pair.
