Solli is riding the momentum of her recent victory in the 2024 €180 No Limit Hold’em Ladies First Event, hosted by KerryJane Craigie, the Festival Founder and Director of Poker at the Hippodrome Casino. Solli’s win at the Malta Poker Festival earned her €4,800, the largest score of her career so far.

Ann-Roos Callens enters Day 3 in third position, having soared near the top as a PokerStars Qualifier. Tied with her is Franky Green, who brings a wealth of recent success into the final day. Green finished second in the £200 UKPL Midshot Event for £4,340 and claimed first place in the £100 No Limit Hold’em Ladies UK Championship in Coventry last year, earning £3,280.

Three players narrowly missed advancing to Day 3 in a dramatic finale that saw Louisa Plint, Emma Wilkinson, and Wendy Watson eliminated in the last three hands of Day 2. Watson, a seasoned professional with $145,299 in lifetime earnings, is a well-known figure in both UK and international poker circuits. As well as cashing this event, she recently cashed in multiple 2024 WSOP events, including the Mini Main Event, Ladies Championship, Super Seniors, and PokerNews Daily Deepstack.

The stage is set for an exciting finish as players get ready to battle for the title. Play is set to resume at midday at the Hippodrome Casino in London’s Leicester Square. Levels are 40-minutes long and the action will pick up at Level 21 with blinds of 10,000/20,000 and a 20,000 big blind ante. 15-minute breaks are scheduled every three levels, and the event will continue until a winner is crowned.
