Level 8
Ben Yu
Ben Yu

Alex Foxen limped in first to act and David Peters raised to 60,000. Next to go, Ben Yu moved all in for right around 600,000. Action folded back to Foxen who tanked for a while before calling off his last 210,000. Peters folded quickly.

Alex Foxen: {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}
Ben Yu: {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Yu's ace-high held up as the best hand, forcing Foxen to cash in his last add-on.

Yu Drops Foxen Down a Notch

Level 7
Ben Yu
Ben Yu

The flop was showing {j-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{6-Spades} and the pot had around 85,000 in the middle. Alex Foxen put out a bet and Ben Yu moved all in for around 300,000.

Foxen thought for a bit, ultimately he called and the two turned over their hands. Yu tabled {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for top pair and Foxen showed {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} for an over pair of aces.

The dealer burned and turned the {8-Hearts} and Yu would need to catch to stay alive. A fortuitous card fell on the river for Yu, as the dealer flipped over the {9-Spades}, giving Yu a rivered straight and the pot.
