Vitch Can't Fold Ten-Perfect, Leaves Chip Lead to Haxton

Level 17

2-7 Triple Draw

Isaac Haxton had four cards eight or lower on the button and he raised it up. Chris Vitch defended with two wheel cards. Vitch drew three and checked while Haxton changed one and immediately improved to eighty-seven.

Vitch check-called and check-called again after Haxton stood pat. He kept drawing one and hit a ten-perfect on the last draw. Haxton fired again in position and Vitch knew he was in a tough spot. He burned one of his time extensions but eventually couldn't convince himself to fold. He paid to see Haxton roll over his {8-}{7-}{5-}{3-}{2-}. Haxton took over the lead, getting one big bet ahead of Vitch.
