Welcome to Day 2 of the 2024 Unibet DeepStack Open Marrakech. The four starting flights saw a total of 861 entrants make their to the Casino de Marrakech, with just 25% of the field advancing to Day 2. That means that 216 hopefuls return today at 1 p.m. local time.

Leading the pack from the Day 1's is Ahmed Sylla. The famous French actor and comedian made a great hero call with aces on a double-paired board that propelled him to the top of the chip counts on Day 1a, and he held that number one spot through all the starting flights. Returning in second place is Day 1c chip leader Yasser Loudagh with 617,000. Rounding out the podium in third place is Day 1b chip leader Laurent Cruchon with 559,000.
