Degn On a Roll
Level 13
: 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Nicklas Degn started Day 2 with 36,700 chips and is now up among the leaders as we head towards the second schedule break.
Degn was in the big blind wen he saw Richard Milne open to 10,000 from middle position and Matas Levanas call on the button and decided to see a flop. That flop came down and Degn checked. Milne continued with a 17,000 bet, Levanas called and Degn check-raised to 42,500. Mine mucked but Levanas made the call.
The turn brought the into the equation and Degn asked Levanas how many chips he was playing. The answer was around 120,000 so Degn bet 72,000. After much though, Levanas folded and left Degn to continue on his journey towards the chip lead.
