De Melo Doubles
Fatima de Melo was in the small blind facing off against Simon Deadman. They had got to the turn of a board reading and de Melo bet 3,500 and Deadman made the call. The river was the and de Melo placed out a bet of 6,500. Deadman gave her a long look and mucked his cards.

I almost folded.” Fabian didn’t seem in the mood for a post-mortem on the hand but after he left the table the other players in the hand discussed it agreeing the de Melo looked so strong that Fabian’s move looked even stronger.
