Day’s Delight
Level 12
: 1,200/2,400, 300 ante
Dermot Blain raised to 5,200 and was met with a raise by Chris Day to 13,500. With everyone else folded it was back on Blain who raised again, only to be met by an all-in from Day.
It was obvious that Blain wasn't entirely happy but his hand was too strong to fold, so he shrug called and tabled . He was up against Day’s .
Day clearly wasn’t feeling it and was out of his chair anticipating his exit.
The dealer put out the five cards. and Day survived, doubling up.
Clearly delighted, he let out a little “Yes.” and immediately apologised for the minor celebration.
