Tang Wins Four Shoves in a Row

Level 17 : 0/0, 100,000 ante

Danny Tang shoved all in for the fourth hand in the row, this time with {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades} from under the gun. Elton Tsang picked up the {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs} in the cutoff and his stack would potentially be at risk should he make the call.

Tsang thought for a moment but elected to lay his hand down and Tang picked up his fourth hand in a row.

Leow Takes Another One

Level 17 : 0/0, 100,000 ante

Elton Tsang just called with {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} from under the gun which brought along Daniel Dvoress in the cutoff with {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Ivan Leow on the button with {q-Spades}{10-Hearts}.

It was an action flop of {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{8-Hearts} that saw Tsang lead out with a bet of 125,000. Dvoress just called but Leow raised to 425,000. Tsang dumped the current best hand into the muck and Dvoress also threw away his flush draw.

Leow Closes In on Yu

Level 16 : 0/0, 80,000 ante

Ivan Leow limped in from under the gun with {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Winfred Yu raised to 260,000 in the hijack with {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}. The action folded back to Leow who called to see a flop of {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}.

Leow checked to Yu who threw in a small bet of 90,000 and Leow check-raised to 375,000 after flopping a straight. Yu dumped his cards to the muck and Leow picked up the pot.

Tsang Wins a Family Pot

Level 16 : 0/0, 80,000 ante

Ivan Leow limped in from under the gun with {k-Spades}{j-Clubs} and Elton Tsang came along with {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}. Winfred Yu called with {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, Danny Tang called with {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Dvoress checked his option with {q-Diamonds}{6-Spades} to make it a family pot.

The flop came {a-Spades}{q-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and Leow was the first to lead out with a bet of 80,000. Tsang raised it up to 200,000 which got Yu and Tang to quickly fold. Dvoress flopped two pair but also decided to ditch his cards to the muck. Leow called and they went heads-up to the {9-Hearts} on the turn.

Leow checked this time and Tsang checked it back to the {8-Hearts} on the river. Two more checks and Leow turned over his king-high while Tsang collected the pot with a pair of queens.

Tang Goes Runner-Runner to Double Up

Level 16 : 0/0, 80,000 ante

Danny Tang looked down at {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} in the hijack and shoved all in for 595,000. Daniel Dvoress asked for a count and then re-shoved all in with {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} in the cutoff. Ivan Leow folded his button and the two remaining hands were tabled.

The flop of {q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} gave Tang the free roll with one diamond on the flop. The {q-Diamonds} on the turn kept the free roll alive as Tang picked up a flush draw. The river was the {6-Diamonds} and Tang completed his flush to score a key double-up through Dvoress.

Dvoress and Tang Heading in Different Directions Heading to Break

Level 15 : 0/0, 60,000 ante

Daniel Dvoress limped in from early position with {k-Spades}{q-Hearts} and Winfred Yu checked his option with {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Dvoress led out with two pair which got Yu to fold.

On the next hand, Dvoress raised it up to 210,000 from under the gun with {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}. It folded to Danny Tang on the button with {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs} who gave it some thought as the short stack before making the call.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Dvoress shoved all in which got a quick fold from Tang. That was the last hand of that level and the remaining five players are heading on their first break of the day.
