Tang Battles with Yong and Greenwood

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Danny Tang raised to 5,000 from the button and Rob Yong called from the big blind. The flop was {7-Spades}{a-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}. Yong check-called when Tang bet 3,500 and the turn was {j-Diamonds}. Both players checked to see {k-Spades} on the river. Yong bet 10,000 and Tang got away from it.

On the next hand, Tang raised to 4,500 from the cutoff and Sam Greenwood called from the big blind. The flop was {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and Greenwood checked. Tang bet 5,000 and Greenwood called. The turn was {j-Clubs}. Both players checked the turn and also the {4-Spades} river. Greenwood turned over {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for the straight and Tang mucked the losing hand.

"Nice check back," said another player at the table.
