Cao Takes From Chidwick Before Hand-for-Hand
Level 16
: 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante
Just as Marius Torbergsen was in the process of busting there was also a decent sized pot in progress over on the other table between Rui Cao and Stephen Chidwick.
We picked up the action on the turn with the community cards spread and close to 300,000 already in the pot. There was no betting on the turn, with Cao (UTG) checking the action over to Chidwick (UTG+1) who checked it right back.
The river saw Cao lead for close to a pot-sized 250,000 and Chidwick ran the clock down the full 30-seconds and tossed in a time bank chip. Eventually, the Brit made the call, but could only muck when Cao turned over for two pair to take the pot.
