Aido Back on Track

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

The day started very badly for Sergio Aido and he quickly lost half of his stack, however the Spaniard is finishing quite strong and moved back above the average with 25 players remaining.

Initial raiser Jack Salter on the hijack, Aido on the button and David Peters in the big blind saw a flop of {10-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and the action checked to Salter. The Brit continued for 6,500 and both opponents called. On the {3-Clubs} turn, Peters and Salter checked before Aido then bet 12,500. This proved to be too much for Peters, who quickly folded.

Salter took more time and came to the same conclusion, sending his cards to the muck with a loud sigh.
