Arnold Sends Aces Home
Carl Caranna saw action folded to him in middle position and limped in. A few more players folded before Travis ARnold limped in behind from the cutoff. The player on the button raised it up to 2,7000 and both Caranna and Arnold called.
The flop fell and action checked to the player on the button, who made a bet of 5,000. Caranna thought for a few moments, looking up to the bettor as he did. The bettor willingly spread his arms wide to display the 6,000 he had behind and Caranna folded to put action onto Arnold, who put in a check-raise to put the player on the button all in. A call was made.
All-In Player:
Travis Arnold:
"I need help," said the all-in player after seeing his aces were up against a set of nines. He would not receive the help he needed as the turn and river completed the runout with his pair of aces remaining second best to spell his elimination at the expense of Arnold.
