Santamaria Spikes a Dub
Jonathan Kim pumped it up to 3,500 in early position and was called by Norberto Santamaria in the cutoff. The big blind three-bet to 13,000 and Kim quickly called. Santamaria then four-bet all in and the big blind five-bet all in over the top, effectively putting Kim to a decision for the rest of his chips.
"It's about a hundred," said the big blind as Kim was in the tank.
"I know that!" said Kim with a chuckle. Moments later, he sent his cards to the muck and sent the remaining two players off to the races.
Norberto Santamaria:
Big Blind:
Santamaria was behind and stayed there on the flop but found the help he needed on the turn . The river was safe and his stack was counted out to be 34,300, which the big blind matched and the dealer sent his way.
