Paul Elfelt opened to 65,000 from early position and Nick Pupillo three-bet all in from the hijack. Josh Reichard was on the button and asked for a count, which was totaled to be 530,000. Reichard then announced he was all in, prompting a fold from Elfelt.

Nick Pupillo: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Josh Reichard: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{k-Spades}, with Pupillo not getting an ace and missing his chance at a counterfeit gutshot straight on board after the turn, resulting in him bowing out in 17th place at the expense of Reichard.

Meanwhile, Louie Brazzoni was eliminated on the adjacent table just seconds after Pupillo to take the tournament down to 15 players.

Herstein Gets Value from Goodwillie

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 4,000 ante

Gary Herstein was on the button and opened to 60,000. He received a call from Luke Goodwillie, who defended his big blind. The flop came {2-Clubs}{k-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and both players checked.

The turn brought {a-Diamonds} on board and Goodwillie checked again. Herstein threw out a bet of 105,000 and Goodwillie went into the tank for around two minutes before making the call.

The river fell {7-Clubs} and Goodwillie tapped the felt to check. Herstein thought for about 30 seconds and then put out a bet of 75,000. A minute later, Goodwillie called.

Herstein tabled {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds} for a pair of aces with a jack kicker, prompting a muck from Goodwillie to earn him the pot and bring him to around 1.6 million in chips.
