Angelina Rich Takes From Blake Bohn

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

MSPT Team Pro Blake Bohn raised to 40,000 in middle position and Angelina Rich called in the big blind.

Rich check-called Bohn's bet of 46,000 on the {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{a-Spades} flop.

The turn came the {8-Clubs}. Rich checked, prompting Bohn to bet 100,000. After she paused for a moment, Rich counted out 250,000 in chips and raised. Bohn quickly threw his cards into the muck and Rich was pushed the pot. With this win, her stack is now up to approximately 800,000 while Bohn has dropped to 450,000.

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Mark Sandness
Mark Sandness

Dave Gonia raised to 45,000 in the hijack and Mark Sandness shoved all in over the top for 348,000 from the big blind. Gonia called and the hands were turned over.

Gonia: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Sandness: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

The board ran out {6-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, keeping Gonia's ace-king high in the lead. After a close count of chips, Gonia had Sandness covered by only 40,000, and with that Sandness was sent to the rail.

Jim Boone
Jim Boone

Jim Boone opened to 55,000 preflop in the hijack and Ryan Delorme three-bet to 150,000 from the small blind. Action folded back to Boone who four-bet shoved all in for 262,000 more. Delorme snap-called and the hands were exposed.

Boone: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
Delorme: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts}, and Boone doubled to about 600,000 after making a flush.

Ryan Delorme Doubles Through Greg Gates

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

On a board reading {4-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{5-Hearts}, Ryan Delorme shoved all in and was called by Greg Gates.

Gates had flopped top pair holding {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}. Unfortunately for Gates, Delorme had flopped a set of fives holding {5-Spades}{5-Clubs}.

The {2-Clubs} turn and {9-Spades} river did not improve Gates' hand, and Delorme was awarded a full double.

Justin Thurlow Threatens "The Next Time"

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Justin Thurlow raised to 34,000 from middle position only to have Ken Coy three-bet to 80,000 from the next seat over.

Action folded back to Thurlow and he thought about it for a minute or so before asking Coy for a count. Upon hearing the 600,000 total, he started thinking again and sighed heavily.

"The next time you do that, I am piling on you. I swear to God, the next time," Thurlow said to Coy looking him dead in the eye while simultaneously pushing his cards forward into the muck.

Jeff Bryan Eliminated in 17th Place ($3,130)

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Jeff Bryan
Jeff Bryan

With about 350,000 already in the middle, we found Jeff Bryan all in and at risk against Justin Thurlow and Ken Coy.

Thurlow and Coy remained active in a side pot. They both checked the {j-Spades}{k-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop and did the same on the {6-Spades} turn.

The river was the {2-Spades}. Thurlow bet 147,000. Coy double checked his cards and called.

Thurlow showed {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds} for the nut flush, besting Bryan who had flopped a set of jacks with {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}. Coy showed {9-Spades}{9-Hearts} for a pair of nines before his hand was pulled into the muck.

Bryan fell in 17th place while Thurlow increased his stack to 1,350,000 and extended his chip lead.

Kyle Wagner Crippled and then Eliminated in 20th Place ($2,456), Dave Carey Eliminated in 19th Place ($2,456)

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

In the first hand we saw, Blake Bohn raised to 24,000, Peixin Liu called in the hijack, and Kyle Wagner shoved all in. With action back on Bohn, he moved all in over the top of Wagner. Liu quickly called for his own tournament life

Bohn: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Liu: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}
Wagner: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{5-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades}, keeping Liu's pocket aces in the lead. Liu scored the triple up, Wagner was left with only 18,000, and Bohn was left with 700,000.

In the very next hand, Wagner shoved all in in middle position, John Joachim called in the small blind, and Dave Carey called in the big blind.

Both active players checked the {7-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop. Joachim check-called a bet of 20,000 on the {3-Diamonds} turn.

The river was the {9-Clubs}. Joachim checked, Carey shoved all in and Joachim called.

Joachim: {k-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Wagner: {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Carey: {5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

Wagner's pair of nines was no good and he was eliminated from play in 20th place. Carey shows trip treys, but they were no good as well, as Joachim tabled a club flush. Joachim scored the double elimination and now has about 260,000 to his name.
