Romer Shoves the Turn
Level 3
: 100/200, 0 ante
"Wild" Bill Romer opened for 525 from early position, and Michael Horchoff three-bet to 1,200 on the button. Kenny Milam made the call out of the big blind, and Romer came along as well.
Everyone checked the flop, but those checks may have been deceptive because action sprang to life on the turn after two more checks. Horchoff bet 2,600, Milam called, and Romer shoved for just under 10,000. Horchoff quickly folded, but Milam took a bit of thinking time before laying his hand down as well.
