river. Vainio paused for a moment before announcing he was all-in.
Andersson asked for a count and the dealer shared it was for 17,100.
"You have the coconuts?" asked Andersson. "I have the shitanuts."
Andersson went into the tank for another minute before tossing a single chip in designating a call.
Vainio turned over 
which was good enough to double his stack with Andersson showing the table 
for top pair.
