Bonomo and Daniel Negreanu went on a 15-minute break before the start of their heads-up match.

Negreanu Loses More Chips to Bonomo

Level 24 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Justin Bonomo made it 225,000 in the small blind with {j-Hearts}{6-Spades} and Daniel Negreanu called with {4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}.

Bonomo bet 150,000 after hitting top pair on {2-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{j-Clubs}. Negreanu called. Bonomo slowed down with a check and then called 300,000 on the {9-Diamonds} turn. Both players checked the {3-Diamonds} and Negreanu made a sound of exasperation after losing yet another pot.

Level 24 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Daniel Negreanu opened to 150,000 and Jason Koon got out of his way Justin Bonomo, on the other hand, went to war with a huge three-bet. He made it 800,000 with {10-Spades}{8-Spades} and Negreanu called in position with {K-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}.

Bonomo continued in his aggression on the {2-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} flop, betting 400,000. Negreanu had a Broadway draw and decided to raise to 1,000,000. Bonomo, however, didn't bite it and called.

The {6-Diamonds} turn and {9-Spades} were both checked and Bonomo won in the showdown with his second pair, climbing close to 10 million in chips.

Huge Made Hands End in Cautious, Mediocre Pot

Level 24 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Justin Bonomo had the button and raised to 150,000 with {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds}. Daniel Negreanu called with {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs} in the small blind and they went heads-up to the flop.

It came {8-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{4-Spades} and Negreanu caught the middle pair along with backdoor draws. He checked and called when Bonomo fired a big, 350,000-bet.

The turn was the most entertaining card imaginable, the {J-Clubs}, giving Negreanu an open-ended straight flush draw while Bonomo spiked the top set. Despite all of that, the action went check-check.

The {7-Diamonds} river filled Negreanu with a straight. He checked to Bonomo who fired 500,000 but learned that he was defeated when Negreanu snap-called, showing the ten-eight.
