Rick Block is no stranger to success here at Seneca.
Last weekend, the professional poker player from Alden, New York, took down the first event on the Summer Slam schedule for $15,000. Late last year he also won the 2014 Seneca Falls Poker Classic $1,000 Main Event for $40,050.
In fact, Block is no stranger to success outside of Niagara Falls either, having booked a World Series of Poker Circuit ring win in December 2013 at Atlantic City and boasting a resume with career live tournament earnings of $141,465.
The story checks out here in the Main Event as well, after Block picked up pocket aces out the break and fired three streets to bust one player and collect heaps from another.
