Peter Raimondi told PokerNews that he's been taking a little break from poker and actually, outside of one home game with friends, hasn't played since this past August.
Raimondi says he believes time away from the game can be productive and a good way of making sure a player is focused when they return to the felt.
Back at it for the first time in three months, this off the felt strategy appears to be paying dividends for Raimondi as he looks razor sharp and has the lead heading into the day's second break.
