Benitez' Preflop Threebet Sees Off No One
Level 6
: 700/1,400, 175 ante
A huge pot developed after two callers came along with Gary "quiditbear" Hasson's early position open to 3,136, and small blind Francisco "Tomatee" Benitez made it 19,600 to see a flop. It turned out all three who'd voluntarily put chips in the pot preflop wanted to do so: there was just under 80,000 in the pot on the flop. Benitez led out into his three opponents for 18,000. Next to act, Hasson called and "JoseGuti" folded, but "caipsa" moved all in for 36,075. This reopened the betting for Benitez, who moved all in for 98,000; Hasson laid his hand down.
Benitez:
"caipsa": . The flopped flush stayed good over the turn and river, and there's been a stack restructuring on that table.
