Stoney Powers Wins $125 Seniors Ring Event

While PokerNews is on-site to cover the RGPS Jamul Casino Main Event, the latest stop on the RunGood Poker Series schedule features seven ring events, which kicked off Tuesday in San Diego.
Stoney Powers took down the first ring event of the series, winning the $125 Seniors Ring Event. After powering through a field of 101 entires, Powers took home a $2,372 first-place prize and the coveted RG All-Stars ring.
The 50+ Seniors Ring Event ran Tuesday morning, with Powers coming away with the first championship of the series.
