The final day of the inaugural RunGood Poker Series All Stars Comeback Tour Seminole Coconut Creek $600 Main Event is here, and the remaining 74 players (from a field of 519) are ready to return to the felt at 11 a.m. EST and fight for the $53,446 top prize, as well as a beautiful RunGood Poker Series ring and a seat in the All Stars Pro-Am powered by PokerGO.
Event #1: $250 Super Stack No Limit Hold'em champ David Albertson returns as the overall chip leader, with a comfortable stack of 406,000 to begin play. Albertson sits nearly 100,000 chips in front of his nearest competitor, Day 1b chip leader Vito DiStefano (311,000), while Theo Lawson (299,000), Mahmoud Masri (287,000) and Raminder Singh (257,000) round out the top 5. Other notables in contention today include Scott Baumstein (194,000), TK Miles (138,000) Brandon Schwartz (133,000), and Mark Hodge (90,000).
The top 65 players will earn a chunk of the $275,070 prize pool, which more than quintupled the $50,000 guarantee. Payouts range from $792 for a min-cash to $5,345 for making the final table, and $53,446 for notching the victory in the first RunGood Poker Series event on the East Coast.
Play will resume at the start of Level 15 (2,000/4,000/4,000) and levels will increase to 40-minutes in length for the remainder of the tournament. Breaks will be given to players every two hours, and play will continue until a champion is crowned.
