Primus Triples with Kings

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

After an open to 1,500, Benjamin Primus three-bet to 4,000 from the button and was called by Asmare Bekalu in the small blind. Then Elias Travis moved all in for around 40,000 and both players called for less to put themselves at risk.

Primus was in great shape with his pocket kings as his opponents held each others' outs, but the flop of 83Q gave him a small sweat as both Travis and Bekalu made top pair, with Bekalu holding flush draw as well.

"Yeah, we would have gotten it in on the flop anyways," Travis admitted as he shook his head.

The turn and river 27 failed to change anything and Primus was awarded the pot for a big triple-up while his opponent's were left short.

Bekalu only had 1,500 chips left and wound up busting the following hand.
